Beyond her nursing career, Jenifer Bakewell leads a life of music, travel, and community engagement. She sings with Rock Voices Cape Cod and Common Voices, plays ukulele, and enjoys sailing, snorkeling, and tennis. A long-time volunteer, she has served as a medical brigade member and Treasurer for Cape Cares, providing care to underserved communities in Honduras, and has supported programs like Big Brothers Big Sisters, Global Volunteers, the Fresh Air Fund, and the Cape & Islands Medical Reserve Corps. As a foster parent and host to international students, she continues to extend her generosity and mentorship beyond her profession. Dividing her time between Cape Cod and her vacation home in Stonington, Maine, Jenifer embodies a life devoted to healing, humanity, and connection.
